Pulling out of our driveway on August 4th, we had no idea of the adventures we were going to have. Some good, some challenging. I am going to briefly fill you in on both.

After setting up our first official campsite in Springfield, IL, I was able to visit with my most favorite President, Abraham Lincoln. Don was patient and understanding as I wandered through the extensive museum and was reminded of Abe's simple greatness! Although he appears not to notice I am even there, I am sure he appreciates my adoration.
